The rear lights stoped working and I reattached the wire that had come off, lights worked, but 30 seconds later lots and lots of smoke and burning wires :( With the help of a burnt hand managed to stop the lot going up in flames and... With the help of a burnt hand managed to stop the lot going up in flames and it seems that only 4 - 5 wires have burnt :tdown:

Pushed to local garage who have asked an auto eng. to look at later in week, but think complete re wire in order, they quote up to £1,000!!

Seems alot any advice greatly received

Love my bug and really need to get her up and running again :sniff:
