any one know thw site that you can enter youe chassis no and they will tell you what it was?
also there is a site that you can enter the m codes? from your type 2 andthey will tell you the original spec etc
anyone know that one?

M codes for type twos are listed on the samba and if you send 15 euros of toStiftung AutoMuseum Volkswagen, Dieselstrabe 35, 38446 Wolfsburg.
They will send a birth certificate, that tells you all about your Bus and the extras fitted.
