Hi,

I am trying to find an exploded view or decent photo of the pedal assembly for a 1960 bug. I am having trouble with my acc pedal, and have seen a pedal repair kit for my year, but I need to be able to visualise it. Can anyone help?

One question I have is this : the accelerator arm runs through the tunnel into a box on the left hand side of the tunnel. I have taken the cover off, and can see the shaft as it comes through the bottom of the acc lever. I am missing the clamp that holds the arm to the acc lever, is this a basic e clip or what?

if memory serves me correctly (yeh right the amount of times i've been hit in the face when training). Its just a circlip.
