Its normal for the drums to have slightly tighter patches as you turn them . I aint seen a car yet with perfectly round drums after theyve been used a bit . I wouldnt change the wheel cylinders as when they fail they leak & you aint got no leaks !!! .

Me still thinkin dodgy master cylinder piston for the back brakes . Worth fitting a new one though for safety reasons anyway .

Get a price m8y , think it will be quite cheap . If you take the bug down he should be able to tell which sort it is .

Brakes have been bled ..... so no air in there

Youve adjusted the backs up ..... so no probs there

No leaks at the wheels....... so not back cylinders or front calipers.

Master cylinder has to be the next thing to change .

I think the master cyclinder is a tricky one to change. I'm guessing that the fuel tank will have to come out to gain desent access to the master cyclinder?

Dei5al if you want the garage let me know Cee you'd better come down for this one it may be a bit past me.

NOOOO , dont want to be going in 'surfer dude ' either . Buy the cylinder anyway , get a 36mm socket (half inch drive) , & get some new split pins from M7 for them big nuts at the back & we see what we can do ????? . :)
