If you are looking for a decent m.o.t place rising brook in cannock are good.
the nice chap there is human and will let the fact that you car is older than 3yrs slide a bit and does not pull you up on silly little things like a bulb not working.
the last 3 aircooled i have taken there he pass 2 and only failed the 3rd because the brakes were a bit ropey (but i knew that).
if work needs doing he will advise if its minor if you agree to sort it. hes in to classics and wants to see more on the roads unlike most mot stations which dont.
