got twin solex carbs on a 1800 t2/t4 and i have, obviously a fuel line to each but on the rh one there is a small pipe iv had to blank off. i dont think its a vac advance thing as it never had a vac dizzy on it,although it is that sort of size pipe
im guessing its posssibly somthing to do with vacume but im not running any now !
the moter is running rich so before i adjust any thing i wondered if this had anything to do with it?

unblock it and see if it backfires, it sounds like a vacuum fitting. i'd leave it blanked off.
