central heating engineers or peeps in the know - need some help

our heating seems to be making some strange noises when it clicks on the pump - honeywell 2 speed - seems to be acting likea kettle (best way i can describe it) by constantly "boiling" up then stops and you can here the water pipes all knocking/chinking/clicking sounds then 5 mins later the pump starts again

its always been a noiser system than our old house but this has woken me up the last couple of mornings the noise it makes

i've turned the heating and water of now & don't know what to do ??

anyone help
