Bug Update

Got the bug back from welding and had Alternator fitted which solved the charging issue. Got it up here and started changing the engine.







New engine is now ready to be dropped in... Only the dizzy drive gear left to buy.

Tinwear is just something else to rattle lol. That can be put on later.. pulley is on. Its almost ready to go but this dizzy drive is pissing me off big time lol.

see the fuel pipe from the pump to the carb - it should have a 'hump' at the top that is higher than the float chamber. - it stops syphoning , and makes it easier to start !

tinware needs to go on under the cyliners too, to keep the cooling system workin correctly !
