havent checked the prices for a few years, but RHD steeing boxes for splitties used to be about £500 for a refurb !

also - do you have a fly/hydraulic press ?
any fabrication facilities ? or just CNC ?

you could offer saw/tool blade sharpening as a service ! I pay a fiver to get my chain saw chain sharpened - only takes a few minutes.

disk brake conversion kits ?

.....

Just a thought, but does it have to be for air cooled stuff?
What's involved in reconditioning fuel distributors for K-Jet VW & Porsche engines?
It took me 6 months and a threat of court action to get my money back of one refurb company, cos it leaked like a sieve when I fitted it, and apparently there are only 2 places that do it in the UK!
I ended up getting one for a fiver on ebay.

not got any ideas really but just wanted to keep it up, i can say that they are top guys at your place, except the young tea boy lol.
get your heads together and talk about the list in tricky's reply. also look in other car mags, ie land rover or practical classics.loads of people want special one off kind of things.
also your idea of coasters could easily follow the automobile line, better check about copyright tho.

another thing would be to look into engine grinding , cranks and stuff, not sure where but im sure youd know where to start
