Madlands Meet .
As posted on 80-90 and brickyard ,very successful last year ,everyone welcome in any vehicle ....................
Right it's that time of year again ! no shows to go to ,racings finished ,night's r drawing in ...............So like the successful run we did last year to the transport museum lets have a MIDLANDS meet up .... Open to suggestions.........here's mine .......!! For those that are hardy enough ,there's a chance of camping over at a local (cov) village Pub.... in the garden ..... for free ! on SAT eve 1st Dec, Then Sunday 2nd Dec 10 am a short cruise up the road to the Long Itchington Diner http://www.butty-run.com/Hot-Rod.html where the monthly Hot Rod and Custom car's meet at 10 -12 , the diner serves a great breakfast ! Then about 12ish a cruise to Stratford on Avon (10miles ) to the east side river car park,on the opposite side of the river to the theatre there's a great children's play park there and,I think the little chain link ferry still operates across the river from there on a Sunday if your into narrow boats,feeding Duck's or wandering round the town ! Folks can then head off home whenever ! Anyone welcome in any mode of transport !! I have booked a nice sunny if cold day ,so come along ! Mark
