4Stud or 5Stud

wide 5 wheels came in 4j, but i don't think any 4stud wheels did, they were all 4.5J or bigger, if theres no offset stamped on it then god knows what it came off. I think ET38 & ET40 something were for the type 3, ET34 etc for the beetle

i used to have a pair of 4 stud 4j rims, no idea of where it came from tho. possibly early 1500 bugs? i seem to remeber they had a fairly shallow offset.

If they're dated 11/71, I'd say Type 3.

I've got dozens of the things. 4J and 4.5J, various offsets. I put a thread up on the Uprights Only forum, see if anyone wants any swaps.

I'd guess at that wheel being an ET41 Beetle rim.
