Mac(h) sorry for non attendance

really sorry I couldnt attend mac(h). I couldn't get the work cover I was promised for that weekend.

Really glad the show sounds like a great success

Those of you who know me ( or still remember me ) will probably know or have guessed my Beetle has been sold after only a few months back on the road ( and after 8 months graft ) just like most of the others in the past lol.

Due to problems with ex wives, solicitors, kid's transport and the affordability of running two vehicle's.

However it's not all bad news money from the bug hasn't been wasted but used in cash ventures on a certain auction site dealing with buying and sale of VW things. anyway enuyff about my sad life. Hope to catch up with u all soon. PS has anyone seen the type 34 on E Bay?????
PPS If anyone selling a Towing a frame cheap let me know

Was a top show, unfortunately, it maybe the last we ever see of Harvey though. By the end of Sunday, the n/s floorpan and heater channel were dragging on the floor, and the floor was held in by the seat belt! Not even Mark would pass that!!!
Also, when the pan "dropped" it took the wire to the starter out as well, this is as well as the front wheel locking up cos the wheel bearing decided to die!!

And it got driven into a fence twice!!!

pmp; I think I remember the floor dropping out a couple of years ago.
must be the Brut after shave that random harvey drivers wear rotting the floor !
But then again miss Roberts has spent quite a bit of time in it, surprised it lasted this long against her hexes !

both Tim and Duncan crashed it last year.

It gets pretty scary when a Harvey newbie thinks he can race it like a normal car.
