Firstly a huge thanks to everyone who came, even the ones who couldn't stop over but still made the trip over and had a laff with us!

Biggest thanks goes out to everyone as the Ranger said we were the tidiest lot and nicest bunch he's ever had camping there and would be more than happy to have us back there so watch this space for next years main event!

Then just lots of thanks to everyone who made it such a good time! Thanks to Shell for making some hugely wicked chocolate cakeS, thanks to Rob and Jackie for bringing the mobile party table and an ample supply of wood and then going out to get even more wood later!

Thanks to all those that gave me cards and prezzies! I'm saving them till the real big day!
If the queen can have 2 birthdays then why the fook can't I!?!?! What's she even do for the VW scene eh!!??!

Slut Fairies On Tour 2008

glad we did this! Just been reading about how shockingly crap Vanfest has been. £7.00 for an undercooked breakfast in the cafe! And yet we paid £6.00 for the whole weekend!

And that was per unit not per person!


I spent nothing, came home with more alcohol than I went with and stuffed my face with donuts (cheers Burton) and Chocolate Cake (cheers Shell!) and had a superb time!

Toilets were nice and clean, we even had the keys to the showers and the run of the place!

Definitely a must for next year! Will hopefully get a definitive date of the Park Manager this week so we can plan it in!

Cheers Coxy for organising a great weekend. Had a fab time, great company and fab weather. Roll on next years! Spoke to Paul Davies (Park Ranger)before we left. He said he was impressed with how the park had been left after our stay, and that he'd put a note in the book to say what a good group we were. He also said he'd enjoyed everyone's company and would look forward to seeing us all again. Not bad for a bunch of drunken pikkies hey?!
