Need to find three people who want to share a unit
I posted a while ago about a unit that might be vacant soon and available for lease, in Lilleshal
Well it is now available for lease at £170 a month with single and 3 phase electrics.
Big enough for 5 or 6 motors I am told, so to me that means 5 with space to work on them.
I am definately up for it as my splitty needs somewhere dry to be welded and I'm currently giving the council £30 a month for a glorified shed just to store all my Scooby bits and pieces.
Have given first refusal to a mate Dave who wants somewhere to build a chopper and he is up for it.
So have got three spaces left.
So for those not mathematically blessesd.... £34 a month for a lock up with power to be shared with 4 others.
I am gonna go down this week and take some pics and measurements and firm up how much the bills will work out at.
At the moment it seems like a good idea, but I can forsee the obvious problems "I'm not paying for leccy that I didn't use" etc so I need to suss it all out
Let me know ASAP and I'll sort it out.
