OK, I was asked by a few people on Friday night if we were having club calendars made up. Up until then, no one else had mentioned it but it seems that a few of you want them!
Taking into account that if we want to get them printed up in time, I have spoken to my mate who's a printer by trade and does this stuff day in, day out and to get them done in time for club a week on Tuesday, we need to have EVERYTHING done by this Tuesday (as in, less than 48 hours!!!).
Now, if I asked everyone like last year to submit pics, we are going to be here till next xmas sorting them out.
Also mentioned by someone (ya see, I wasn't that drunk cos I remembered all the important bits!!), that the theme should be the people and not the cars.
Taking all that into account, I have submitted 11 pictures of people and 1 sole picture of a car. The car being Andy's buggy.
Most of the pics have been taken at shows or croozes this year and hopefully is a superb way of portraying the whole fun side of the club!
I'd say there's pretty much almost every member of our club on their in some way shape or form.
Including that pic at DEVA!
The calendars are nothing like the ones we have had done last year and will not show show dates on but will show every club nite.
They are similar in size to a CD and the cases are specially made to stand up at a 45deg angle and show off each month. They look very modern and stylish and they will cost no more than £4.00 each (dependant on numbers ordered)
Now, I've got to place an order by Wednesday for them so I would need a rough idea of numbers.
I'll only be ordering a few more than what people have put down on here in order to keep the costs down to you.
If I order 50 and only sell 30 then it's pointless doing it!!
