ok so here are the details for run from the brum 4th june.
we shall meet up at the public car park at cannon hill park edgebaston, at 18.00 pm saturday 4th june. we shall then cruise down to the falmers arms, kempsey, worsceterhire. we shall then camp up in the fields behind the farmers arms, for saturday night only. the mdf marquee shall already be errected and all other utilities will be set up in advance, before we arrive.
there are toilet and wash facilities available to us, also floodlighting in the area where we camp will be operational.
there are some electric hook ups available but these will be an extra charge of about £5.00 each, but i think there is only about 12 available, so that will be on a first come first serve basis.
the charge for camping over will be £6.00 per unit
when we have arrived and set ourselves up for camping it will be party party party time. the pub is available for alcohol consumption, although the fuction room is bieng used by another party, however we will be using our own marquee for our own fun until the early hours.
the farmers arms is also child friendly and there is also an outside playground for them.
we have done this before, for the mdf halloween monster mash bash and it was a wicked night, so come on down and join in the fun, as it will set us up for the busy months of showgoing ahead.
all profits made from this event will be donated to a worthy cause, which will be explained further on this thread.
also can someone please add maps of all destinations planned please.

there is a show on every week from now until september, if we did it the week after it would be beetlemania week after that 30 th action, then its glastonbury, as well as vw expo, week after that its bvf !!! i could go on!!
the long and short of it is you cannot do all of em dude :wink:
phil chose a week that has not got a show on at the same time, so you cannot please everyone all the time.
