happy new year, sad goodbye to my bike

hi all

just wanted to say happy new year to all my volkstorque m8s

had a bit of a bumpy end to the year

the GSXR is dead

killed it on boxing day, very very sad, it was going so well and was just the way i liked it, not my fault so got a nice new hire bike this morning

so its not all bad

had a wicked time surfing in Bude, the biggest waves i have been in so far, was not to cold and really enjoyed myself. cant wait to go again, i really have the bug now

they say i can have it back, that engine is quick and i have a set of forks, just need wheel, mud guard and disks

i have been looking for a kart to put the engine in but aint found one yet

i do need to find some one with a TIG welder who can weld aluminium, i need to weld the steering stop back onto the frame if it goes back on the road

if it is the air/oil cooled motor it's the same as was in my gsx750f, stonking motor...

sure is m8, 750 with 1100 cams and carbs running a dynojet stage 1 kit

puts out 108 at the rear wheel :o

I told you I want the engine for my off road wheelchair which is currently in design/dream stage

Bude was top fun but dude the waves got BIGGER we went down on 2nd and the wind was 30+mph (hence the popped shoulder on Rob) and BBBIIIIIGGG waves!!
