New treasure hunt

After the great sucsess of the last treasure hunt, im planning to run another one, ive had a few ideas from usa bay daz, about planning an over night hault in the middle off the route, then setting off again the next morning,

Any ideas you guys can give would make this another good event, i doe have an area in mind, but any other ideas would be welcome, so come on its your club lets get busy,

will be at tomorrows meet so and ideas can be disscussed over a pint or two

I still dont understand how we won we even missed one checkpoint and had to turn around once we had realised

Hi all

Having discussed the plans with Mick i can now confirm the plans are as follows:

Date - 30/09 & 1/10/2006
Time - To Be Confirmed
Venue - Wolverley Camping & Caravan Site
Cost - £25 per unit (consisting of 2 Adults - if this differs prices will have to be confirmed)

The intention is that the TREASURE HUNT will be started on Saturday 30th September 2006 from a TOP SECRET location to be disclosed at a later date (time to be confirmed) this will then be run ending at a venue to be confirmed in the vacinity of the campsite.

The price to enter will then include one overnight stay for 1 unit (2x Adults) at The Wolverley Camp site. This has full clean and tidy facilities that are in my opinion second to non.

The hunt will then resume in the morning at a time to be disclosed, ending somewhere (and this is to be confirmed) closer to home.

Due to camping and running restrictions we are limited to 15 units so first come first serve.

If you want in then PM me, although this is being planned by Mick and me if we have reservations going to two people we are likely to overbook and disappoint people.

I will also be taking reservations this evening at MDF.

We have yet to book the camping as we will need numbers etc first.

So the conditions are as follows:

If you want in PM me and your name will go on the list, do not put your name on the list on this thread. I will update this when i have a PM or a booking at MDF (or if you have my telephone number by phone). Reservations must be received by 22 August along with a £15 deposit. Sorry if your deposit is not received then your place will be up for grabs, we must have a deposit as we need to pre book camping. If all places are gone i will keep a first come reserve list.

If you don't want to camp then sorry but you aren't going to be able to participate, sorry thems are the rules.

The balance should then be settled by 5 September 2006.

Again if payment isn't recieved then your place is up for grabs.

PLEASE NOTE DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

AFTER THE 5 SEPTEMBER REFUNDS ON EITHER DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE SHOULD YOU BE UNABLE TO ATTEND
