Hi volks
Been out of the V-dub scene for quite a while cos we inadvertently fell victim to "conventionality" but we are currently in remission and hope to be cured soon.
Started out about 16 years ago in a late 70's bay Devon Moonraker. Went on honeymoon in that with our 2 dogs...that was great.
Then we downsized to a 73 beetle, fun times while we lived in Dorset.
We've also had a tintop 73 bay, and a couple of other beetles.
Then we were struck down by "normality" and opted for a New Beetle not long after they came out, upgraded that to a convertible and then traded that for a T4 van.
Now seeing sense again and wanting to get back to our air-cooled roots
Really after another camper, preferably another Bay (early 70s). If I could have my way, I'd have a beetle and a KG as well, but I dont think that is to be
Anyways good to be here, not sure I'll have much to input just yet until the camper arrives, but I'll be reading loads to refresh my mind of just what we are about to let ourselves in for.
Cheers
Loz

Just down the road from you by the looks of things
5 miles north of the city and about 9 miles south of Leominster.
Got Dubstock marked down on the calendar for next year....the Marlbrook site should be a good one.
Just hope the wind blows in the right direction and we get the smell of the chocolate powder and not of the waste plant
