This Judge in Australia. BBC NEWS | World | Asia-Pacific | Fake Simpsons cartoon 'is porn'
Some dude had a photoshopped cartoon of the Simpsons doing dodgy things (No doubt many have been sent the same thing). The judge decided it was Child Pornography due to the inclusion of recognisable children, e.g. Bart & Lisa.
Still, if cartoons can be construed as 'real' people then that makes me a little less self concious over my Jessica Rabbit obsession
