wide 5's have a lot of drum showing !

Casino on here has got chromies on his bay and very nice they look too But then again I'm biased 'cos I've got them them on the splitty. We both have the earlier 'wide fives' so can buy our wheels of the shelf. Unfortunately I am not aware of anyone doing the chrome narrow fives you would need for your bay.
Getting a set of wheels chromed would cost you an arm and a leg, ring round but when I was restoring the split some places were quoting £35 just for a door handle..that's if you can find one that will take on a small order...
I'm not sure if the wide five drums would fit your bus, or if you could have your hubs re-drilled to the wide five pattern, maybe someone else on here can help with that one....

you can get adaptors to get the wide 5 wheels if you wanted to go down that route. will cost around £100 tho.

Chroming would be expensive and probably much more than a decent set of alloys!

if you want the chrome and primer look why not go for a set of empi 5's or other modern alloys in a chrome finish?

I'd say if its gonna cost that much, then just strip them back and polish the f**k out of them. If ya spend long enough you could get pretty muc the same effect.
