found the problem the copper strip on the bottom of the front passenger side bulb holder had corroded and come loose, shorted the terminals and that blew the relay now I need to get a bulb holder and a new relay [why didn't they make this water tight or cover it in plastic]

I saw this http://www.vintagecarparts.co.uk/ima...ucts/ca605.jpg and wondered if i could get it to fit either that or a replacement bulb holder if anyone has got a indicator bulb holder that will fit a 67 us spec headlight than feel free to pm or email me.

GSF tried to sell me the whole headlight unit and VW heritage were'nt answering the phone.

Any ideas please

John
