Weber 34 ICT tuning

I have had a problem with starting my bus when the engine is hot, it starts instantly when cold but when warm it takes ages and then gentley splutters into life. Ive been told by four seperate friends this week that "it smells like its running very rich" so im going to have a play later on. Only problem is, i have no idea about carbs! has anyone set these up before who can tell me how to do it? Ive found a few "how-tos" online but they talk about mixture and speed screws and stuff, but i dont know which is which?
Cheers in advance, Luke

do a thread search it has been covered many times before.
the idle speed screw is the one that opens the butterfly linkage up, the mixture screw is in the side of the carb.
before you start check points , timing and valve clearances.
