had to make it fit best i cud considering clearance issuise

ill get rack ripped of 2moz its going to be tight ,fitting inlet ,fan and rad in there and a incooler ,,,plus my dam manifold want fit ,so more chopping is needed lol

Amazing stuff you are doing there dude. As already mentioned - inspirational !

good old fashioned 'just make one' attitude !

so - to bore you with a tech'y question

when you make head spacers etc - how do you get the head sealed to the block ? or do you skim the spacer before fitting ?

Cheers

Rich

stainless sheet is soft and flexible idea for any clyinder block and head ,differnert thickness differnert compression reducers ,once ready to fit,u buy a metal layed gasket ,remove the 2 small brass rivits and only use the outer layer top and bottom part ,then clean refit to the head and rebolts job done,,,i have spare ones if ur after doing one ,ive some for the 2.8 24v golf engine and some for the early mk3 2.8 vr6 engine,,,if i can sort a t5 in a bug ,i can sort this lol
