With the help of some mates (thanks Rich, Jon & Craig) lifted the shell off the chassis to sort the framehead bits. Repairs were let in from an old framehead bottom repair panel to keep the thickness correct
After some measuring the other pan half that I'd run out of time with was cut out and has been tacked in place (won't be fully welded 'till the body is back on to check alignment). The chassis has been given a coat of por15, new brake lines, gearbox mounts and the rotten front beam swapped for a rust free adjustable one. Hoping to get the body back on in the next few days and start the build up over easter break.
