t25 t3 gearbox

i am looking for a gearbox for my t25 t3 diesel
i seem to have lost 1st and 2nd gears!!
fingers croosed anyone?

has your shift plate on the floor moved ? are you couplings ok ?

what is the floor plate
sorry i am ok at my ghia bot t25s are new to me as it doesnt normally go wrong

i drove upto the roundabout fine no probs then tried to pull away in 1st and nothing 2nd nothing 3rd and 4th are perfect

if its the same as type 2's and beetles etc, there is an adhustable plate on the floor where the gear stick goes thought to the front coupling. Youi ajust this to get your gears shifting aligned, if it comes loose and moves you could loos some / all your gears - or 3/4 might be where 1/2 should be etc etc
