Due to my old man being in hospital for the last month it has got me thinking i might have my priorities all wrong. Having lots of money tied up in something i cant do with both my kids and the missus at the one time isnt really much good!

I really thought this thing would still be mine in 10 yrs time but wanna do other stuff now and need the money.

Anyone that has seen the caddy will know it wont be cheap so to stop all the how much P.Ms i will say now that i wont take a penny less than £7500 for it Well maybe a few pennies
