ok im looking to swap my bug for a mk 1 golf preferably cabriolet, money either way depending on condition obviously.
its a 72 bug soon to have 12 months mot on (going in in a week)
been used as my daily for over a year now doing approx 300 miles a week and has never let me down apart from points needing doing last winter.
so..... anyone know of anything going?
would prefer a swap to make life easier!

cowel easily removed



bit of the paint starting to chip on the bonnet but not huge!



hinges on doors have got a slight bit of surface rust however is not as bad as it looks as the original orange paint is starting to come through and adding to the rust look!



rust bubble on guttering minute though!



rust bubble around rear light again tiny


paint cracking slightly near drivers side rear wing



finally a bit of filler is starting to come through on the bonnet again nothing major and easily sortable!



i have been as honest as i can with these pics and taken photos of every single tiny bit of shabby bodywork hope these help people
