Its with regret that im having to sell my 1970 Beetle.

I bought this in good faith, but having delved in it needed a lot of restoration work.

This has been undertaken over the last few months, working long hours!

Unfortunately our money has now run out so we are going to have to cut our losses.

Im in the process of writing up the long list thats been done/spent on it. It has a current insurance valuation of £4,500.

It it tax exempt and MOT ran out last month. Pre-MOT has been done which failed on only 3 welding points on rear floor/chassis. Everything else would have passed! It also needs a re-spray as most rust work/filling/new bits have been done - so is now shades of red oxide/VW Flame Red.

Was previously a winning show car, and only needs a small amount of TLC to get it back looking prestine.

Has had hundreds spent on it, loads of new parts including new heater channels, exhaust, brakes (front discs), brake hoses, complete interior in black leather/suede etc.

Full list will be posted - it is going to go on Ebay so will post a link - unless anyone makes me an offer soon.

Cant really say what Im looking for... would like to get back what Ive spent on it so will accept any reasonable offer.
