Polo gt MK 3 in excellent condition with only 50,000 miles on the clock from new.
MOT is until August 2010 and it has tax Febuary 2010.
It has some service history.
It was first serviced 06/1993 by Volkswagen in Exeter,when it had done just 715 miles.
It went on to be serviced there again in 07/94 at 1739 miles and 07/95 at 3532 miles.
The next record of a service was at 7858 miles by a local garage.
Soon after at 7877 miles it had a new Distributer fitted by VW of Shrewsbury.
On 01/99 it had a full service at VW of Shrewsbury when the milage was 16218.
Shrewsbury VW serviced it again 6/92 and the milage was 37470.
At 39730 miles Shrewsbury VW repaired a door lock after a failed atempt to break in.The date of this was 08/02.
The car was then stored in a dry garage for a number of years because the owner had become too ill to drive it and thats when i aquired it.
As you can see the body is in excellent condition for a car of this age.I have had a small repair done to a dent that was under the rear drivers side light and I have photos of before and after the work was done.
As with the outside of the car the inside is in great condition with no damage to the seats, including the drivers seat.
The privious owner upgraded the radio with a CD player and some big speakers on the parcel shelf but these aren't wired up.
The car has also had a witter tow bar fitted by a local company.
Since owning the car i have serviced it myself using genuine Volkswagen parts. Included in the sale is a genuine Volkswagen timing belt that as of yet i've not got around to fitting.
I have used the car most days and can honestly say it's a blast to drive and cheap to insure and fuel.
It's a regretful sale but i need a bigger car for carrying the kids around in.
