Big day on monday - I will be travelling to Crewe to the HQ of Bentley Motors for some 'Psychometric Tests' as part of their graduate development programme application process.

This kinda thing is pretty much my dream job - it's what I did a Mechanical Engineering degree for - and I'm really, REALLY nervous because I want to do well so badly!

I've even gone so far as to buy a suit to make a good impression!

Wish me luck - I'll need every ounce I can get!

The trick with Psychometric Tests is not to try and think about what they want just answer as you. Its frightening what they can tell about you from those things.

i did the same kind of tests for Lucas Aerospace , and GCHQ !
there not fun but u still have to do them ..

just make sure you read questions carefully.
with GCHQ i failed cause i was working till 3am the night before.
Lucas i got offered a job (due to the quality of my answers , as in 95% right but not as many answered) but i took one elsewhere.
