Only if they are locked into contract with a particular channel.

Before they annouce the Stig tomorrow, watch where Tiff Needell goes to, and then watch when he comes back after. Just a thought!

Well, it seems some people reckon the 1st Stig is/was Perry Macarthy, but maybe Tiff Needell is the 2nd Stig. Who knows?

I was under the impression there were a few people they used. You can tell that it's not always the same person by the differing driving styles throughout the series. Maybe it's down to race commitments or something but I'd like to bet that Plato is one of them. I'm gueesing that the only reason there is a 'stig' (ie. hemleted driver) is because they are contracted to another channel

such as channel 5

Oh yeah, by the way..... I HATE TIFF NEEDELL!!
