help with engine support bar t2

hi i have been looking at getting a second hand engine off ebay for my bus and where my problem is that the engine is out of a bug i have not got a support bar at all does any 1 no where i could get 1 and would the bug engine fit cheers for the help

Bug engine will fit but you'll need an engine support adaptor plate (from fishers, vw heritage, machine 7 etc) and you may need to use the bug clutch or swap the flywheels (busses usually have a 200mm clutch bugs a 180mm).

I may have one lying around, had a beetle motor in my bay but upgraded to a 2litre If not Jinx probably has one somewhere

i've got an old 1600cc engine with the support bracket attached that came out of my buggy a while back ...


been sitting under a tarp for about six months, needs a carb, dissy and exhaust - and a clean

what age is your van?
You don't need the bar for later 72 on bays

the van is a 1976 P reg and it does have the mounting holes cheers for all the help
