VW T4 anti-roll bar linkage

Hello could any body help me i have some play in the anti-roll bar linkage. I have found some on ebay for £12.99. Could any body give me a step by step how to change it and what tools i need could i do it on my drive.

Also so i have a small oil leak i think its come from the sump gasket is that easy to replace just a case of draining the oil dropping the sump and replacing the gasket.
