bargain bus project for sale 65 split

having to sell my bus project Â£2000 is the askin price . which is a steal considering work already done . --

65 11 window , fully welded , new front & lower windscreen panel , new inner & outer sills , new cab floors , new rear arches . shell is in top rust free condition & has been fully prepped & painted underneath , engine compartment & inside . needs outside prep & paint only (which is the easy part) . all other steelwork has been media blasted so just needs painting (door tops , pop outs etc ) .

Will need a further Â£2500 spending on the usual seal kits & small items to make a top bus .

serious interest only please cos this is hard enough for me to deal with without being messed around . It is best to view this bus cos the pics just wont do it justice .

Dude, don't know what's making you sell it, but looking a the pics of the resto, it's a steal for someone. Is it a rolling shell at the moment?
And what parts do you have with it?
Does it have the engine and gearbox as well?

all parts are in boxes , when i got it i drove it round the back of my house before full nut & bolt strip down . Front beam is fitted (standard height) . G/box & shafts will have to be refitted to push it onto a trailer. Engine is 1641 . Also have a beetle box & shafts cos the plan was to straight axle . I had made a list of all the parts needed to finish to top spec & it came to around Â£2500 which i think is the norm , but there was a lot of stuff on the list that wasnt really needed but i wanted new as this was to be a show condition bus .

if someone has the space & a few months to finish it off , then they have a true bargain .
