So,
Up for sale is our 1971 Type 3 Fastback with 10 or 11 months MOT and the same amount of Tax, I will check exact lengths of the MOT and Tax later.
It passed its last MOT without any problems at all.
It has a few rust spots on the bodywork, but nothing that makes it look shabby and we spent quite a bit of money in January getting some of the areas seen to and painted and also had the paintwork buffed up.
It has had 2 previous owners and has plenty of history all in a folder, including a letter from the original owners about where it was bought from etc.
It has 2 of the original handbooks for the fastback cars and also a bamboo parcel shelf which isnt currently fitted. The only thing that has been added is an empi shifter, an Empi single quiet pack, some VW heritage belts in the back and an inertia belt on the passenger side.
A really nice car that gets a lot of attention.
