- REASON FOR SALE -
I have been presented with an opportnity to move to California in september so as you would, i said yes.... as a result the caddy goes..
Info on the caddy,
As it stands the caddy is a good example of a volkswagen that is quickly gaining retro status.
I have used it everyday as a daily driver since June 2007, i have had no bother with it what so ever until the diesel pump packed up, i spent £300 on a reconditioned one and fitted it myself, the problem i am having is that i am not a diesel mechanic. i have got it working but it's not running right. it needs a good tune up and this will be good to go.
At the moment it reqires a tow to get it started, once it is started it's fine, but a bit smokey due to the timing on the diesel pump being incorrect.
Overall vehicle condition is good for 22yrs old, the bottom of the doors are present but won't be for long as rust has set in, included in the sale are 2 rust free doors and all the gubbings to go with them.
I have a few other spares for the caddy i will chuck in too, as they will be no use in my shed.. i am pretty gutted to be selling the pickup to be honest, it's not far off being a belter if you ave experience and love for Volkswagens.. I would prefer this to go to a Volkswagen person.
There is no reserve, althought the vehicle is advertised else where locally and i reserve the right to end the auction early.
I will awnser any question thrown at me
happy bidding..... cash on collection will be accepted!!
Pickup only!!!!!!!!
