my friend works in a local auto shop here in Detroit, and he has been bugging me to try their steam cleaning system. Yesterday, I finally did and I tried their program called presidential detail - steam cleaning, car waxing & more . Instead of water, they are using steam and a formulated chemicals and wiping cloths. It was good and I will do that again next time
There's a number of people in the UK who use a product called ONR (optimum no rinse) which is basically a waterless car wash system. The product can be bought on line or via your Autosmart rep.
Had I not got water on hand right next to me at work, I would use it.
But I'm guessing as you have had the original post edited and URL's removed, you have only come on here to spam some overpriced yank product.
I have used the steam car wash in the uk with a company called Steam Wash. Its a fantastic way to clean a car, no chemical, only 2 ltrs water and no drainage required. Check out there videos at SteamWash - Clean With Steam - UK Steam washers
