The bus has a 2.1 DG petrol fuel injection engine in it and is automatic, with a refurbed gearbox - the bus drives awesome and smooth plus has an amazing amount of power and is OK on fuel to – averaging 25+.

Will seat six people [3 in the front + 3 in the back] + take all of your kit and surfboards on the top + look & sound really cool in the process – everybody everywhere loves this bus.

The bus also comes with a complete JK drive on / off awning/tent that will sleep 4 people easily – folding table and a folding storage unit for keeping things neat inside the tent, a full length hook up lead with domestic adapter

Bodywork

Initial custom conversion completed in 2007 by West Coast Vee Dubs.

Stunning metallic blue paint with colour changing pearl overlay – Professionally sprayed by PS Customs.

Custom colour coordinated alloys to match bodywork

New rear arch panels both sides.

Lowered suspension all around

Full lower body kit painted to match bodywork and wheels.

Dashboard painted and renovated including all original sliders and switches

Custom crystal cross hair headlights.

All tyres in excellent condition.

New replaced front and sliding door seals.

Hook up socket fully fitted to rear under rear door – discreet fitting + painted to match bodywork.

JK custom T25 rear parcel rack on roof.

2 full width padded board racks – will take 6 longboards & more. I took them off at the moment but they will go with the van – as in the pics.

Retro Cargo roof rack fitted to rear of van – can take a load of extra kit.

Custom style number plates.

Tinted Wind deflectors to both front windows.

Sun & Wave logo on rear window - cool.

Fitted Sunroof above front seats –has been sealed up and is a roof window now as could not get replacement parts.

Wind deflector fitted to top grill – cuts the wind noise right down.

Really clean paintwork except for small amount of bubbling under paintwork on front arch seams – see photos – can be sorted cheaply.



Mechanics

Replacement second hand gearbox fitted from low mileage caravelle.

JK twin box chrome pipe exhausts fitted in last 4 months – makes awesome VW rumble.

Replacement Complete Fuel tank and seals.

Replacement Fuel lines on engine.

Replacement all front brake pipes and hoses.

Fully Serviced and oil changed.

Front passenger side bushes replaced.

Front nearside tie bar replaced.

Replaced both front tie bar bushes and plates.

Replaced Torque converter oil seal.

Numerous other bits taken care off for example: oil pressure switches / water pipe / clips etc..

Regularly serviced and oil changed.



Interior

Units fitted cross ways behind front seats – no units down the side to make it cramped – full width rear seats/r+r bed – provides loads of floor space and works really well.

Professionally fitted remote alarm & immobiliser system by Severn Automotive + 4tress wheel lock

Professionally fitted dark tints to all rear windows – get that wetsuit off in total privacy.

Internal tint sunstrip with blue Vanimal Logo

Custom vinyl seating – full width bluebird rock n roll bed – bench seat in front with belts – board wax and sand just washes off – fitted rear seat belts.

Floor finished in black and white chequered tiles – end of unit near sliding door finished in the same tiles but in chequered diamond design to match everything else.

Retro lined curtains fitted all round.

Door cards 'retro' upholstered to match seats with funky steel winders for windows.

Black & white chequered vinyl flooring in back and cupboard floors.

Sony removable CD/Radio Xplod Head unit + JBL Amplifier panel fitted [4 x 150Amp] all fully fitted with 2 Sony X Bass speakers in door cards and 2 mid/low Pioneer speakers under bench seat – massive sound.

Folding DVD player fitted into top of unit – sound feed out through head unit & amp via aux system.

Fully fitted Zig unit split charging system with huge leisure battery under back seat and 240v double socket inside for using when hooked up.

Units width-ways behind front seats including the following with bases lined to match flooring.

Fitted and custom painted shelving and drawers

Coolbox – all wired in and fitted on shelving – works better than any fridge – great for the summer

Fitted gas cooker with double rings and grill - all plumbed in with gas bottle secured in cupboard below.

Fire extinguisher fitted to rear of gas cupboard door.

Internal lights fitted - all running of the leisure battery to avoid any drain on main battery.

Blue half light fitted in rear for night driving with 4 LED lights at floor level.

Reading / Map light [flexible] fitted above window screen on passenger side.

Jail bars on rear door + VW logo.
